suggested a snow leopard lady with red hair and BAM! A character popped into my head. So let me introduce to you the newest Waggles gal, Moira Rum.
This picture is probably the sweetest and most innocent pic you'll ever see. This Irish lass lives up to the stereotype and lives for the drink. Oddly enough tho when drunk she can't seem to lose at card games.
I wanted her to have a mild Jekyl/Hyde thing going when sober/drunk. Nothing serious.. but when drunk she's a gambling, ass-kicking, slightly lecherous, exhibitionist. Once sober tho she forgets any of it ever happened and goes right back to being nice and jolly.
Moira is a student of the dance. She knows several dance styles for every occasion.
Fun Note: Moira's accent is so thick people have a hard time understanding a single word she says.
